The process of data synchronisation is completely automated and requires no human intervention. In case of an Internet outage, this information is cached locally and data transmission resumes automatically when the Internet is available again.

Synchronised data from your depots/distributors contains both sales and inventory information which is collated to the lowest level of granularity. To ensure that any type of report or analysis that might be required to be carried out at the central level, information is not aggregated before transmission.
